Spinach Couscous is the same size as traditional couscous, however this couscous adds color and flavor. Made out of spinach and semolina flour it cooks up just like traditional couscous: add to boiling water, remove from heat, and let stand for five minutes.Serve with marinated, broiled vegetables.
