Israeli Couscous is a little larger size than traditional couscous. Made from semolina flour it cooks up just like traditional couscous: add to boiling water, remove from heat, and let stand for five minutes. Serve with marinated, broiled vegetables. Cooked, then chilled, Israeli couscous makes a super salad ingredient. Use a bed of couscous instead of rice with curries or stir fry meals. It is also excellent with seafood entrees.
