Spinach Couscous is the same size as traditional couscous, however this couscous adds color and flavor. Made out of spinach and semolina flour it cooks up just like traditional couscous: add to boiling water, remove from heat, and let stand for five minutes. Serve with marinated, broiled vegetables. Cooked, then chilled, spinach couscous makes a super salad ingredient. Use a bed of couscous instead of rice with curries or stir fry meals. It is also excellent with seafood entrees.
